• Take orders and process payments
• Prepare food and drinks according to customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant or store
• Stock shelves and restock items as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Shift Leader:

• Supervise and lead team members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any customer complaints
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Train new team members
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Handle cash and process payments
• Resolve conflicts between team members
