Tax Processing Specialist Jobs in Connecticut

2+ years work experience. Knowledge of annuities and life insurance is a plus

Hybrid work schedule – 2 days at home, 3 days in-office

Receive and review annuity applications that are missing information, i.e.: forms, signatures, and contract requirements prior to calling customer contacts.

Conduct regular follow ups with Financial Professionals or back office support staff on all outstanding requirements within published timeframes.

Review documents for accuracy and identify all pending requirements to eliminate multiple call outs to Financial Professionals.

Other responsibilities may be assigned.
