Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator – Associate Jobs

Proficiency with client management software platforms

Setting listing, buyer and property management appointments from provided leads for the Brokerage and its agents.

Accurately enter, update, cultivate and follow up on all leads within the Brokerage client management software platform.

Strong phone & appointment setting skills

Excellent documentation and organizational skills

Manage transactions successfully from contract to close.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

Maintain and manage Syndication Virtual DataRooms, including posting relevant documentation and ensuring potential lenders have accessed and viewed as applicable

Undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of Syndicated Loan operational and coordination experience is required

Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) preferred, but not required

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong clerical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to exercise judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.

This is a hybrid two day in office and three day work from home position.

In addition, minimum requirements include:

Establishing complex record-keeping procedures, including cross-indexing by several factors and the designing of necessary forms.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of Syndicated Loan experience and understanding of financial services, specifically within Investment Banking.

Prior experience working with clients to collect and review pre-syndicated loan documentation ahead of closing large transactions

Initiate and coordinate trade settlement process with ClearPar and internal trade settlement team for Institutional Term Loan transactions

Participate in projects and provide valuable input with various working groups created to enhance performance and efficiency
