What skills and qualifications do I need?

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, business intelligence analyst or related role

Experience working with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, finance, statistics, quantitative economics or a related field

Communicate investment guideline breaches to portfolio managers for validation

Understand business and regulatory requirements and ensure functions are being performed in those requirements

4-5 years of experience in the Financial Services, Compliance/Regulatory background is preferred

Ability to function effectively in a large team environment, ask questions and sound decision-making skills

Professional and articulate; excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills.

Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making

Ownership of ESG market update materials and client pipeline tracking

Structure and execute the mandates originated, in partnership with the concerned Business Lines;
