Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high pressure, deadline driven environment

Knowledge of environmental reporting, utility management and energy budgets, an environmental improvement program, and ISO 14001 compliance.

Develop and execute energy management or sustainability strategy.

Collaborate with other JLL energy managers to share best practices, develop case studies and develop new business opportunities.

Experienced with benchmarking and analysing utility data to drive sustainability measures

Experienced conducting site walkthroughs in order to find conservation measures (e.g. ASHRAE Level 1 and 2)

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proven time management and project management skills.

Salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Lead and manage FCNL’s Sustainable Energy and Environment lobbying program.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Notable knowledge of and familiarity with U.S. and international climate policies and abiding passion for the stewardship of the earth.

A consultative and collegial manner, with skills in facilitating group processes and cooperative work with colleagues inside and outside of FCNL.
