Relevant recent work experience and/or trade school education in the field of aircraft repair and maintenance

Current and valid Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic certification (A&P license)

Experience with mid to large commercial aircraft preferred

Possession of own set of basic aircraft maintenance tools a plus

Perform routine to advanced maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, and in compliance with FAA guidelines.

Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in medical, pharmaceutical and or contract manufacturing

Demonstrated supply chain management and improvement experience

Logistics, procurement and warehouse management experience required

Working knowledge and experience in Lean and Six Sigma methods

Provide change management leadership to formal and informal teams

Experience leading and implementing SIOP/S&OP processes
