Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification desired.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 or more years of business, purchasing, operations or related experience.

Experience working with P2P systems, databases/data warehouse applications, ERP systems and / or Microsoft Office applications required.

Experience with procurement tools, processes, and systems.

Experience in manufacturing, building materials, mining or construction sectors would be beneficial.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Knowledge and understanding of procurement, negotiations, and vendor management

Advanced analytical skills/excel experience, particularly with volume purchasing

Perform Vendor set-up process for all new suppliers with adherence to Eaton requirements, including documentation collection, submission and tracking approval process.

3 years of industry experience in Supply Chain or Procurement

Service oriented electrical industry experience

Be an expert in supply chain management and logistics.

Developing new business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and identifying new products or services that could be offered to customers.

Advanced knowledge of fundamental concepts of materials requirements, planning and procurement including: inventory management, cycle counts, expediting and order placement
