Continuous Improvement Compliance Project Management Analyst (Level 4/5)

5+ years’ experience in project management and PMO related work

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Project Management Institute (PMI)

6-10 years of practical project management experience.

Perform project management for projects in Supply Chain (SCOR, 2017, 2.6.11)

Apply change management techniques to effectively implement new redefined and redesigned processes

Continuous Improvement Project Management Specialist (Level 4)

Familier with middlie mile transportation process and experienced in supplier management;

With strong data analysis skill and cost controlling skill; quick thinking and able to handle emergencies;

More than 3 years of working experience in cross-border E-commerce logistics;

Communicate with supplier regularly and deal with complaints, disputes and other difficult issues timely;

Negotiate with local supplier to provide logistics solution to achieve time delivery and cost target;

Responsible for business communication and contract signing of supplier;

Influence decision making in Supplier Management Team through root cause analysis and data driven recommendations.

Prepare and make arrangements for Business Unit Reviews, Department Offsites, Supplier Meetings, Materials Managers Meetings, etc.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills

High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and DTNA personnel

Proven analytical and problem solving skills

2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
