Recommends continuing education topics to Jacksonville Base Manager/Assistant Chief Flight Instructor

Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Reports weekly to the Jacksonville Base Manager/Assistant Chief Flight Instructor on student training progress and corrective action taken.

Identifies the need for additional aircraft qualifications within the instructor group based on instructor-to-student ratio.

Forward any problems, including student-training difficulties, to the Jacksonville Base Manager/Assistant Chief Flight Instructor for guidance and/or resolution.

Associates degree with a minimum of 4 years experience

Previous Part 141 Pilot School or College Aviation Program teaching experience.

Previous classroom teaching experience preferred.

Provide a high level of classroom instruction to all Academy students.

Develop and update ground school instructional material as needed.

Excellent communication, time management and organization skills

Management of an independent golf lesson program

Manage and implement ideas for player development series at venue level

Manage club fitting, club repair and general maintenance of equipment

Meet budgetary requirements for the golf services program

2-3 years’ experience teaching golf lessons with experience coaching different levels of golfers
