This includes managing staff, ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. The supervisor is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the staff, and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Job Skills Required
