Sunday Office Receptionist Jobs in Iowa

May require working knowledge of the manifest system and specific functions needed to complete the job.

Achieves rates as set forth by manager, supervisor or lead.

Assists, when necessary, with other production and/or warehouse related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Activities requiring sustained concentration when performing data entry functions.

Specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

This position works under the general supervision of the Manager, Supervisor or Lead.

Possess and maintain knowledge of the facility, services provided, the customers, and employees.

Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcomed and comfortable.

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.

One year receptionist experience preferred.

Answer incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.

Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.

Years of Experience: Less Than 1 Year

One year receptionist experience preferred.
