Monday – Friday Schedule, 7:45am-1:30pm

Nurture children?s spiritual growth and transformation in cooperation with their parents/guardians and the rest of the church.

Interact with the children and encourage their involvement in activities.

Maintain a warm, safe environment that is orderly, clean, and appealing.

Teach them about Jesus, the Bible, the traditions of the church, and progressive Christianity.

Candidates must be willing to work in a church setting and support the efforts of FCC Southington.

CPR and first aid trained is preferred but not required.

Implement strategies for building an equitable, anti-racist, high-quality and caring Summer Academy culture

Thoroughly plan for all intervention lessons/treatments, programs, or trips

Actively drive at for at least 90% class attendance rate each day among all students

Build strong and supportive relationships with students in your care

Monitor student response to intervention treatments throughout the weeks

Adjust interventions according to student data
