Summer Helper Warehouse Driver Jobs in Virginia

Organization/time management/planning skills to include effective multi-tasking.

Practice site risk management, troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and other operational problems in collaboration with CCDA administration.

Maintain stock control and management, including rotation.

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel; experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Pro is a plus.

Schedule and drive vehicles to routine and required maintenance locations or direct authorized volunteers to do so for remote locations.

Knowledgeable and willing to uphold Catholic moral and social teaching and treat all employees and volunteers with dignity and respect.

Weekly pay, overtime, and full benefits.

Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated route.

Operate packing mechanism and various levers and handles to activate the lifting and loading mechanism

Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy; report any safety issues on standard reports.

Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste.

Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies.

**Endure working in a cold environment and experience temperature changes

Unload product according to customer specifications and QCD delivery procedures at customer locations

Develop and establish good relationships with customer by providing excellent, courteous service

Assist driver by handling, organizing and securing inbound and outbound product to include empty trays, crates, totes and pallets.

Must be able to deliver product orders accurately consistently.

Reads labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents
