Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Keep the service garage/yard orderly and clean.

Assisting with any general labor tasks and maintenance around the shop and yard

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Must have a valid driver's license.

The ability to lift over 50 pounds.

1+ year of commercial growing experience preferred but not required.

Work closely with the Farmer to assist and support all farm-related activities.

Seed, transplant, water, and propagate vegetables for commercial production.

Weed beds and rows throughout the growing season.

All other duties as assigned by management and supervisors

A team player with good communications skills and the ability to work independently

Previous manufacturing experience a plus, not required

Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and programs

Possess adequate math, measurement, and reading skills
