Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
A minimum of six months experience with ABA therapy, working with children with Autism

Aba Therapist/Rbt Full-Time

Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
1-2 years of experience with Autism/developmental disabilities a plus
$125/year for Continuing Education once requirements are met - Up to 20 hours of paid observation/training time (@ minimum wage rate)
Follow the prescribed skill acquisition and behavior intervention protocols including toilet training protocols.
Assist BCBAs, ABA Apprentice and fellow ABA Therapists/RBTs with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
