Support the team with community management, updating FAQs, etc.

Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• 6 months+ experience as a Social Media or Graphic designer at an agency or in-house

• Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Good copywriting and proofreading skills in English and Spanish

• Effective communication skills to allow you to clearly articulate your designs and strategies

Someone great at research with a vast knowledge of the music industry, TikTok, and social media marketing

Someone with excellent grammar/writing skills

MEmusic Remote Internship Summer/Fall 2023

- Skilled in social media marketing, specifically TikTok

- Must be available 15 hours a week working remotely

Someone super detail-oriented who lives for creating playlists and content calendars

Completed at least (2) years at an accredited undergraduate institution or equivalent educational experience.

Support the customer experience incoming call hub by professionally guiding incoming calls and emails to the correct answers and resources

Manage family accounts, accurately and fully capturing and tracking inbound and outbound conversations, requests, inquiries, and enrollments through Salesforce and CampMinder

Act swiftly and anticipate how small details may impact a camper’s experience, and work to proactively problem-solve issues as they arise

Experience in phone, email, and/or in-person customer service preferred

In-season (late June through August) 800 am – 400 pm Monday – Friday

Experience in PC and MAC platforms including Microsoft Office, Excel and web management tools.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.

Experience in Social Media platforms.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Review and edit marketing communications materials

Assist in exhibits and special events planning and execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Ability to work remotely and commit to a part-time schedule.

Gain valuable hands-on experience in developing and executing an influencer marketing strategy.

Conduct research to identify key influencers in the local market and develop a strategy for how to build relationships with them.

Assist in the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns tailored to the target demographic.

Travel to Perdue Locations Such as our Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms

Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with marketing team, sales, strategic departments.

Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate marketing management or business-related discipline.

Develop deep knowledge of commercial reporting tools (Analysis for Office, Salesforce, SAP, Webi)

Act as project manager to keep projects moving toward target objective and timeline

Leverage existing processes to help further automate marketing activities through added efficiencies

Engage with other departments to help streamline processes (customer service, pricing, logistics, supply chain, etc)

Must have completed sophomore year prior to first assignment with Olin

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines

Implement campaigns through digital marketing channels and social media

Monitor social media conversations, working with support team to respond as needed

Research new opportunities to reach our audience through content distribution

Support partnership campaigns by managing assets and implementation

Analyze/understand target audience(s) and how/where to best reach them

Basic analytic skills (familiarity with Excel, quantitative-related coursework or work experience)

Must be a team-player with great collaboration skills

Strong, detail-oriented writing and grammar skills (writing sample must be submitted)
