Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Experience with programming language (i.e. SQL, python, R) is preferred

Support ongoing initiatives to improve data integrity necessary to track valuable business insights

Participate in projects that automate manual business processes as well as projects that further create machine learning concepts

Identify and recommend new ways to increase efficiency

Knowledge of econometrics and/or statistics

Background in either R or Python (R preferred)

Data Science Intern – Summer 2023

Experience with standard machine learning / statistical techniques: GLM, Logistic Regression, GBM, Random Forests, Experimental Design, etc.

Experience teaching which could include tutoring or as a TA

Excellent skills in Python and R

Graduate student in Statistics, Data Science, or similar field

Strong understanding of communicating to non-technical audiences

In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited program

Must be at least a rising Junior

A previous internship related to your field of study

Prior experience working at a high-growth consumer technology company

Experience in some of the following technologies:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
