Computer Desktop Support Technician-(Remote)

Communicate and inform the manager of issues (e.g., High Priority client requests, project/task/status, outstanding issues, research findings, procedural changes)
Assess and document the site network, software and hardware configuration, and user requirements.
IAT Level I Certification (CompTIA A+ CE equivalent or higher).
One (1+) year of experience relevant to the position.
Experience performing basic troubleshooting of printers, copiers, fax machines, and all-in-one units.
Experience with basic network toolsets.
