Overview The Student Counseling Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in a school setting. The supervisor will provide counseling services to students, develop and implement counseling programs, and provide guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Detailed Job Description The Student Counseling Supervisor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students in a school setting. The supervisor will assess the needs of students and develop and implement counseling programs to meet those needs. The supervisor will provide guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development. The supervisor will also provide crisis intervention services, develop and implement individual and group counseling programs, and provide referrals to outside agencies when necessary. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining records and reports, and providing consultation services to school staff. Job Skills Required
