Sustaining Engineer - Structural Design Engineering

2 years minimum experience in structural design engineering.
Experience in a development life cycle with substantial system responsibility.
Proficiency in computer aided design. CATIA experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to integrate state-of-the-art design and manufacturing methods into product concepts and designs.
Proven knowledge and application of engineering fundamentals to root cause and solve complex engineering challenges.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with tight timing constraints.
Facilities Civil/Structural Engineer

Experience with AutoCAD and the preparation of construction drawings.
Knowledge of structural design principles, calculations, applications of methods, materials and the use of computers in the structural engineering disciplines.
Experience with Mathcad and structural engineering software programs SAP2000, RISA, Enercalc, and/or RetainPro.
Maintain contact with work in progress by reviewing design concepts, drawings, and specifications developed by subcontracted A&E firms.
Review subcontractor's shop drawings and submittals in parallel with the A/E's review for the same subject matters.
Ability to understand unusual and/or complex design problems and provide recommendations for their solution.
