Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, Statistics or related field

3+ years in BI analyst or similar role; sports or live event industry experience preferred

Significant experience in data extraction & transformation, relational databases

Collaborate with engineering, product management, and strategy team members to understand the efficiency of spend across all insurance and fraud strategy

Experience with logistics or consumer business a plus

Find ways to automate operational aspects of the financial planning & analysis process

Build the company’s long-term fraud and insurance strategies to reduce costs while mitigating operational risks.

Identify and quantify key risks & opportunities in our business

Operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is constantly evolving

Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Ability to shape Supply and Demand Planning strategies in alignment with financial budgets and projections

1-2 years of related professional experience preferably in a strategy, operations, or analytical role with execution, project management or implementation responsibilities

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management

Work cross-functionally with operations, tech, analytics, marketing, and legal teams, to determine requirements and priorities

Coordinate and manage projects to successful delivery, on time

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing, sorting and deriving conclusions from large data sets
