Strategic Supply Manager Jobs

Minimum 7 years project management experience

Strong project management/governance experience or PMP/PMI preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead through change or change management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

Experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse operations preferred

Ability to prioritize issues, manage risk and communicate effectively

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and their executive management.

Take ownership of special projects and present to Siemens Energy top management.

Manage and develop a global supply chain with internal and external suppliers.

Analyze the supply market and supplier capabilities to derive cost-effective solutions.

5+ years of experience in procurement or cross-functional roles.

Extensive experience in procurement or cross-functional roles.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areaor equivalent combination of education and experience and training

5 + years solution development and technology experience (Business Intelligence) preferred

Supply Chain knowledge strongly preferred

Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability of working well within a team

Practical approach to solving complex problems with ambiguous requirements

Proven ability to deliver on commitments

Experience with Stakeholder management both internal and external (Customer, Account, Finance, and Manufacturing Teams)

5 to 7 years of Strategic Supply Chain experience or Equivalent Supply Chain positions

Experience managing a small team and willing to work as a Senior Individual Contributor

Implement and execute a supply chain strategy in support of the customer that is aligned with Creation Technologies overall objectives.

Support initiatives for new programs associated with your customer. As necessary, develop price projections for both internal and external stake holders.

Consult technical teams on partner capabilities and market perspective related to targeted areas of supply development.

Experience working in a growing R&D and manufacturing environment

Identify new market opportunities, collaborations, and business models focused on enabling scale of supply.
