Strategic Media Planner Jobs in Texas

Professional certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred

Approves new hires, establishes and enforces performance appraisal standards, collaborates with managers to identify staffing requirements, and ensures appropriate staffing levels.

5+ years of progressive clinical experience

Previous Director Experience running a large OR with multiple service lines including CV, Neuro,Orthopedics,General Surgery ,Oncology ect

Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required. Master's degree preferred

Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing

Use self-managed platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, and TikTok, to build & monitor digital buys

Although no media planning experience is required, it is preferred if you had an internship with an advertising/media agency.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at one time

Competitive salary based on experience ranging $50K-$60K (based on experience and level)

Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses and their respective media strategies

Verify that print, digital, and out of home ads ran as purchased

Utilize and understand proprietary and syndicated research tools used for media planning, audience research, competitive analysis, and reporting purposes

Provide ongoing assistance on analyses and reporting of campaigns, including current performance, optimization opportunities, competitive tracking, and post buys

Track and verify billing documentation and assist in the monthly billing process

Develop agency point of views on media opportunities for submission to the client

Assist in the development of media plans, launch process, and campaign maintenance
