Manage consultant resources related to stormwater compliance that includes project managers, engineers, scientists, technicians, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analysts;

Possession of a Master's Degree in engineering may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Coordinate the inspection of drainage outfalls along MDTA roadways and campuses to identify any illicit discharges to waterways;
