Overview Store Systems Trainers are responsible for providing training and support to store personnel on the use of store systems, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. They work with store personnel to ensure that they understand how to use the systems and can effectively use them to improve store operations. Detailed Job Description Store Systems Trainers are responsible for providing training and support to store personnel on the use of store systems. This includes providing instruction on how to use the systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing ongoing support and guidance. They must be knowledgeable about the systems and be able to explain how to use them in a clear and concise manner. They must also be able to identify any potential problems and provide solutions. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of store systems, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Previous experience in a store systems training role
• Knowledge of store systems and software
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
