Overview Store Systems Specialists are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of store systems and related hardware and software. They are also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing technical support to store personnel. Detailed Job Description Store Systems Specialists are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of store systems and related hardware and software. This includes setting up and configuring systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to store personnel. They must also ensure that all systems are running properly and efficiently, and that all data is secure and backed up. Store Systems Specialists must also be able to identify and resolve any potential security risks. Job Skills Required
