Ensure Sales Representative’s plans within stores are being followed and communicate any issues with your Mondelēz management team.

The Part Time Retail Merchandiser position offers an hourly compensation rate of $17.00 per hour based on relative experience.

Follow the daily route plan (store to store) prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service.

Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Professional, positive, and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Basic math and computer skills

Pay: $12-$15 (based on experience)

At least 16 years of age

Able to provide superior customer service

Work on your own or within a team

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking, and writing

Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting

Pay Range: $13 - $14/hour, depending on experience

2+ years Retail Management experience

Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent

Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy

Facilitates the sharing of product knowledge

Upholds stock-to-sales processes, presentation standards, and manages product placement

Set clear objectives and expectations to drive a consistent store experience and ensure excellent operational and visual standards

Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to store management

Knowledge of products and services of the company

Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred

Stock shelves and rotate product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer

Follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays

Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes

Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to store management

Knowledge of products and services of the company

Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
