6+ months retail experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment

Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)

Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance

Average shifts are 4-8 hours long

Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders

Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency

Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting

Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers

Verbal and written communication skills

Be comfortable utilizing technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders

Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.

Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn.

Coordinate orders and delivery with shopping manager.

Must possess the ability to handle multiple orders within a given time frame.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.

Knowledgeable about Adams products and their locations within the store

Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers

Retrieve Farm to Car service orders and shop those orders within the store.

Ensure that customers receive the best service by fulfilling curbside orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of speed.

Process payments and finalize transactions with the customer.

Place customer orders in their vehicle.
