Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.

Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves

Rotates merchandise in order to make sure the product does not expire on shelves.

Organizes and front faces items on shelves

Perform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations

Assists in the review inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages.

Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills.

Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.

Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.

Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.

Previous experience working in stockrooms and/or overnight stock teams

Stocks merchandise on applicable store fixtures following established stocking standards, stocking plans.
