Develop innovative, strategic, and actionable Individual Stewardship Plans for donor engagement and experience at various gift levels and types.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including relationship managers, Philanthropy and Fred Hutch leaders, and vendors to implement plans.
Create metrics that evaluate the impact of engagement and experience actions.
Develop and maintain training modules for existing and new relationship managers, outlining stewardship and engagement programs.
