Overview Step Van Amazon Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and timely manner. They are also responsible for loading and unloading packages, following delivery routes, and providing excellent customer service. Detailed Job Description Step Van Amazon Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and safe manner. They must follow delivery routes and ensure that all packages are delivered on time and in good condition. Drivers must also ensure that all packages are properly loaded and unloaded from the van. They must also provide excellent customer service, answer customer questions, and resolve any customer issues. Job Skills Required
• Ability to follow delivery routes and schedules
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws
Job Qualifications
