Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, showcasing progress, highlighting any risks, and celebrating operational excellence achievements.

Experienced collaborator, with ability to skillfully coordinate across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships

Drive, track and manage initiatives to the project plan, providing frequent updates to leadership team in a coordinated and connected way

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, operations, and/or marketing

Preference for global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones

Experience with optimizing processes and delivering efficiency and productivity to drive improved business performance

Operations, people management, team effectiveness, and leadership experience including collaboration with cross-function teams

Establish and manage holistic annual plan and ensure the team is hitting key milestones

At minimum 15 years of experience in marketing and/or operations

Global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones

Experience with ownership of financial / budget and operational planning

Strong writing, presentation and influencing skills

Vice President of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer
