The mentor works with families to identify and address their needs, provide resources, and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. Detailed Job Description Start Family Mentors are responsible for providing guidance and support to families in need. They work with families to identify and address their needs, provide resources, and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. They also provide emotional support and help families develop positive relationships with each other. Additionally, they may provide referrals to other services and resources, and help families access these services. Job Skills Required
