They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to meet the needs of the facility and its clients. Detailed Job Description The Staffing Coordinator Adult Facility is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and placement of staff in an adult facility. This includes ensuring that the facility is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to meet the needs of the facility and its clients. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. They will also be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying references, and ensuring that all new hires meet the requirements of the facility. Additionally, the Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, providing orientation and training, and ensuring that all staff are properly trained and certified.
