Overview A Staffing Behavior Technician is a professional who works with individuals with behavioral and mental health issues. They provide support, guidance, and assistance to individuals in order to help them manage their behaviors and improve their quality of life. Detailed Job Description The Staffing Behavior Technician is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with behavioral and mental health issues. This includes providing assistance with daily activities, helping to develop and implement behavior plans, and providing guidance and support to individuals in order to help them manage their behaviors. The Technician will also work with other professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure that the individual is receiving the best possible care. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral and mental health issues
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check
