Resolves customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations

Educational Requirements: A high school education is required. Advanced training is preferred.

Experience: None is required, but office experience is preferred.

Certification: None is required, but certification through training and professional associations is desirable.

Assist with the preparation, administration, and data entry of all standardized tests.

Other: Maintain a good relationship with pupils, staff, patrons, and the community. Essential Functions:

Request and receive transcripts. Maintain permanent records.

Starting pay is $10.40/hour and up based on experience

Assisting in the processing of library materials including retrieving and returning books and other items to designated locations

Preservation copying and scanning of bound and unbound materials

Sorting and scanning various library materials
