Staff Clinical Program Manager Jobs

Experience collaborating with a variety of neuroscience and/or orthopedic management and leadership teams whether contract or private practice.

3 years of Work experience in healthcare or a comparable background with clinical/project leadership experience.

Experience working with financial and clinical data within neuroscience and/or orthopedic or other clinical specialties to discern focus of improvement activity.

Experience co-leading groups of clinicians in support of clinical development to reach timely and effective/efficient outcomes.

Experience within neuroscience and/or orthopedic clinical and/or administrative/operational roles.

Successful experience working with clinicians in a neuroscience and/or orthopedic program.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Management, or related field.

Create, document, and maintain best practices for Pharmacy purchasing and inventory management.

6+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in supply/inventory planning or operations.

6+ years of experience in project/program planning roles.

Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences.

Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)

7+ years of technical program management experience

Minimum of a B.A. or B.S.; PMP certification or related technical discipline experience preferred

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team

Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly

Experience leading technology, marketing, and/or science investments across multiple products or business lines from conception to delivery

Demonstrated ability to lead execution across highly ambiguous, complex programs, with experience in making tradeoffs

Monitoring the business cases detailing the outcomes, and benefits, supported by well-defined program/project approaches that are documented in Charters.

Determine clinical education training needs and schedule the appropriate Clinical Services resource to meet department financial, operational and customer satisfaction targets

Educate external customers about features and benefits of the Clinical Services Portfolio to improve related sales.

Monitor increase/decrease in demand for education products and escalate as appropriate.

2+ years of extensive ServiceMax work experience preferred

Meeting management experience involving education/training programs, initiatives, departmental responsibilities, budget creation, funds development and resourcing.

Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Assists the product line managers, Sr Director, Pfiedler Education and corporate officers to support AORNs mission and goals.

Academic credentials and/or verifiable experience in applying the principles of adult education, design of educational activities, and developing assessment/measurement tools.

Cultivates overall vision and design of educational activities by determining scope of work and defining project objectives.

Incorporates audience learning needs and practice gaps as well as selection of appropriate teaching and evaluation methods into each educational activity.

Health plan experience working on clinical program development and/or management

8 years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.

10 years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.

May have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience creating executive level presentations and leading discussions at all levels of a matrixed organization

Experience in clinical area preferred.

Experience in working with children

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
