Lead and build the proven foundation for Application lifecycle on installation, monitoring, observability, and user experience.

Bachelors and/or Masters in computer science or related field of study (or equivalent experience).

4+ years' experience operating distributed applications 24x7x365.

3+ proven experience deploying and supporting applications in the On-premises or Cloud environment.

Experience with Cloud Service Providers like AWS and Azure.

Extensive experience with MS Windows Server &/or Linux OS.

Solving business and technical problems to maintain high available and reliable applications and infrastructure

Support in Designing & Implementation of architecture that supports the business and assess current platforms and continue building SRE models.

Support in Architecting, building, and maintaining scalable application. Performed various architecture review and design inspections.

Participation support in activities like solution prototype, technology selection

Evaluate and provide improvement recommendation on tools/platforms and periodic platform health check

Provide tool/ platform recommendation and suggestions to other team for issue resolution

Experience in highly-available IT operations: fault-tolerance, zero-downtime deployment, scalability

Experience with any cloud tools (AWS/GCP/Ali Cloud)

Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.

Experience with CI/CD in Jenkins , Comfort with collaboration across functional borders

Experience delivering continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline

Experience delivering immutable infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Ansible

Flexibility and organizational change management experience.

Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within position scope and at the company.

Strong operational experience on large complex environments.

Excellent people leader who leads by example and has demonstrated experience building highly effective teams

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Partner with Development and Operational teams to ensure products are designed with reliability and performance in mind, promoting Operational Excellence.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a software product manager

Solid background in infrastructure product management including procurement, cloud operations, & environment validation

Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Partners with Finance to understand financial needs and assists in the creation of business plans for new opportunities

Fosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, User Experience Designers, etc.) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments

Experience with Cloud/SRE Principles is a plus

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Elastic Stack, Grafana & SRE (good to have)

End to end Elastic Stack configuration including beats installation, elastic Kubernetes cluster set-up, alerting, dashboards, ingest pipelines, grok patterns, etc.,

End to end Grafana and Prometheus configuration including dashboards creation, alerts configuration etc.,

Good understanding of Observability and SRE concepts.
