Strong prerequisite knowledge of sports betting, the current competitive industry landscape, and an understanding of probabilities and basic statistical knowledge

Manages always on trending 24/7 content along with strategic push notification implementation

1 - 4 years of relevant experience

This role is remote in nature, with preference for West Coast, USA friendly evening work appetite

Leverages data and customer research insights to drive daily content curation decisions which align with greater FBG KPIs

Create employee schedules, monitor employee breaks and manage team member hours.

Prepare, organize and manage all operational paperwork.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role or higher with experience managing at least 5 direct reports.

Sportsbook or Casino Gaming experience is preferred.

Ensure team members receive sufficient leadership, operational guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.

Explain, educate, and assist customers with sports wagering information.

Advanced knowledge of online and/or brick and mortar casino and sports book operations not a requirement, but a plus!

Manage a cash drawer for taking wagers and making payouts and reconcile this drawer

Competent working knowledge of MS Office applications

Record wager requests from patrons and input them into the wagering system

Commit to detecting and advising customers at risk of potential responsible gaming issues

Effectively communicate T’s & C’s to customers regarding wagering rules and policy’s

Resolve complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer to management

Notify supervisor, manager, surveillance of any unusual activity, incidents or crimes

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in security with a focus on guest service is preferred

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming and/or racing license and satisfy all regulatory requirements

In-arena work requirements with the potential of hybrid schedules based on each role and department.

Check identification of all guests entering the Fanduel sportsbook

Experience with A/B testing and knowledge/willingness to learn SQL, HTML, and other analytics tools.

Knowledgeable sports fan with strong written and oral communication skills.

Help manage and report on overall business performance in our Online Sportsbook Markets.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings. You must have native-level proficiency in English.

Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future plans.

Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Minimum six (6) months work experience preferred.

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Working knowledge in state and federal regulatory and compliance sectors preferred.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Proven ability to successfully manage third party and customer relationships.

Must be at least 21 years of age due to state(s) licensing requirements.

Observe and report procedural violations, rule infractions, and illegal activity; notify management when necessary.

High School Diploma or equivalent; criminal justice background is a plus along with basic computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively speak before groups of guests or associates.

Patrol Sportsbook doors, equipment, and people to ensure a safe and respectful establishment.

Review patrons IDs for authenticity and age verification, and cross reference against banned patron lists.

Operate metal detectors and vet guests as they pass through the devices.
