They are the face of the sports book and must be knowledgeable about the sports book’s offerings, rules, and regulations. Sports Book Ambassadors must be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Detailed Job Description Sports Book Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at a sports book. They greet guests, answer questions, and provide information about the sports book’s offerings. They must be knowledgeable about the sports book’s rules and regulations and be able to explain them to guests. Sports Book Ambassadors must be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. They must be able to handle cash transactions and process payments. Sports Book Ambassadors must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. Job Skills Required
