Special Program Manager Jobs

Previous Automobile Special / Subprime Finance experience required

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

Qualified candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:

Strong work ethic, telephone, and customer handling skills

5+ years of experience and current knowledge across the spectrum of NRO mission programs and capabilities.

Monitor and assess CAP/SAP policy, oversight, and management issues.

Plan, execute, assess and support tests/experiments/exercises/wargames involving NRO capabilities and other sensitive activities, as appropriate.

10+ years of experience directly supporting NRO, IC or DoD intelligence-related activities.

5+ years of experience working with executive orders, laws, IC and DoD policies and guidance related to the NRO mission.

3+ years IC, DoD or NRO experience supporting policy and strategy functions.

·Minimum of five years of experience in program or project management.

·Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.

·Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.

·Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and project scope.

·Manage the program budget to ensure all activities are carried out within allocated funds.
