Works closely with both the Front of House Managers and Executive Chef to coordinate the events.
Be a brand ambassador, consistently exposing future guests to our restaurants and building relationships with potential guests.
Handle guests’ inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other questions as they arise.
Collaborates with the operations team to ensure highest level of service to our special events parties
Contacts both FOH and BOH daily (written and verbal) to discuss group specifications, arrival, departure, function services, etc.
Maintains accurate reports and follows up in a timely manner with internal and external requests.
