Spanish Speaking Contract Recruiter Jobs in Washington

Evaluate and treats patients remotely utilizing a variety of digital tools to manage care and communicate effectively

Knowledgeable about biopsychosocial model, patient-centered MSK care, habit formation models, pain neuroscience education, and evidence-informed practice

Manages patients safely and efficiently given a large and varied caseload

The role is called “Flex Physical Therapist” for a reason - “flexibility” is critical!

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Medical proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal, to be validated during interview process)

Experience working with Greenhouse or other ATS and Trello or other project management software

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience hiring for high volume hourly employees; salon or beauty experience preferred

Experience hiring hourly employees or experience in career center or campus recruiting

Must have experience with on the ground, face to face recruiting

Compensation: $30-$33/hr based on experience
