Sourcing Manager External Manufacturing Jobs in Kentucky

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Act as a consultant to the leadership team, providing insights into manufacturing capabilities, constraints, and opportunities.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the (Food/Beverage or CPG industry, REQUIRED).

Proven experience managing external manufacturers and large-scale operations.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

1+ years of Project management experience at a CPG company or other related industry.

Project management of Innovation and Brand change initiatives.

Supply chain management, vendor relations and production planning.

Key Skills And Experience Required

Translate forecast into supply requirements to ensure proper inventory levels.

Excellent planning, root cause analysis/problem solving, and organizational skills.
