The Solutions Delivery Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions

• Developing detailed business requirements and functional specifications

• Developing test plans and performing system testing

• Developing project plans and managing projects to completion

• Working with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions

• Providing ongoing support and maintenance of solutions

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
