KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

A. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit utilizing various hand tools

B. Safely utilize hand and power tools after proper training (Drills, Crimpers, Cutters, etc.)

Experience with Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) and local utility requirements.

8 or more years of experience. Preferably, primarily in the Solar PB industry.

Business development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work

Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner

Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably

Medium voltage and substation experience preferred but not required.

Manage calibration and certification of electrical test equipment

Utilize Enterprise Asset Management & Computerized Maintenance Management System for work closure activities and accurate maintenance record keeping

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5+ years of practical supervisory experience

Experience with SAP or equivalent

Lead, supervise, and mentor Electrical techs

5 years of supervisory experience

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $40-45/hr Plus Full benefits

Read and interpret plans and specifications.

In some cases, the Electrician may be required to have state or local certifications.

Plan, schedule and supervise the work of linemen, electricians and helpers engaged in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

Conduct periodic inspections using test equipment, such as voltmeter and ohmmeter and give on-site supervision of hazardous or unusual work.
