Experience with Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) and local utility requirements.

8 or more years of experience. Preferably, primarily in the Solar PB industry.

Business development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work

Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner

Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably

Medium voltage and substation experience preferred but not required.

Project management of complex projects; provide timely client communications; coordinate and supervise work by junior personnel, other company divisions, and subcontractors

Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar or storage/BESS power system engineering

North American working experience is required

Candidates need to have working experience with solar and/or storage power generation systems

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Knowledge of National Electric Code and other model codes

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Manage and collaborate with appropriate personnel concerned with the connection of the power grid to the existing distribution system

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with medium voltage equipment and cable, installation of collection line construction

Experience providing support on large self-perform projects

Knowledgeable about current injection, Hi-pot, capacitance discharge, contact resistance, Megger, TTR, Doble, and other methods of cable and equipment testing

Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of the project, including the underground electrical collections system

Roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provide oversight and surveillance of E&I activities

Assure client policy and procedures are implemented throughout the project

Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.

Liaison between client and contractors

Monitor installation and testing of electrical and instrumentation equipment

Project management of complex projects; provide timely client communications; coordinate and supervise work by junior personnel, other company divisions, and subcontractors

Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar or storage/BESS power system engineering

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field a plus

Manage the project closeout process demobilize all resources

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Project Superintendent within Renewable Energy or equivalent

Foster team camaraderie by mentoring, managing, and motivating project team onsite

Monitor and enforce AUIs Safety Program
