Operational and/or technical experience in Solar and Storage is required . Ideally have strong innovation management experience.

Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to flex style depending on cultural differences.

Communicate proactively and effectively within RWE, actively promoting the profile of TI and managing key stakeholders including higher management.

Understanding of applied project management is desirable.

Manage internal and external project managers and other resources and provide support for project managers when appropriate.

In selected cases, manage a TI project, i.e. taking the role of Project Manager.

Working knowledge of estimating software, advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.

Conducts detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine and validate overall project requirements.

Recognizes risks related to project specific requirement, site, schedule and market conditions/constraints. Uses contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related discipline or trade experience or equivalent.

4 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating, and 6 months of on-site experience is preferred.

General construction knowledge; understands specifications, drawings, materials, and methods and procedures.
