Responsibilities of the GIS Software Product Manager Support Role include:
Ensure the development meets the requirements and address design issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Manage the release schedule and adapt as needed communicating changes to the company and all involved.
Use troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose problems, document, and effectively escalate when necessary.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Product Manager or CTO
Working knowledge of GIS and Geodesy
