Overview Social Services Case Worker is a professional who works with individuals, families, and communities to provide assistance and support in areas such as housing, health, education, and employment. They work to ensure that people have access to the resources they need to lead healthy and productive lives. Detailed Job Description Social Services Case Workers are responsible for providing direct services to individuals and families in need. They assess the needs of their clients, develop plans to meet those needs, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. They also work with other professionals, such as doctors, lawyers, and social workers, to ensure that their clients receive the best possible care. They may also provide referrals to other agencies and organizations for additional services. Job Skills Required

Job Responsibilities
• Assess the needs of clients and develop plans to meet those needs

• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain client records and prepare reports
